The official Owlboy website is http://www.owlboygame.com, listed by developer and publisher D-Pad Studio as the game's developer site and also given as the "Developer website" on its Steam store page. That site serves as a hub for the game and for D-Pad Studio itself.

What the official site contains

According to the official Owlboy website, the page gathers store links (Humble Store, Steam, Good Old Games and Indiebox), a presskit, a scenery gallery, and details about the Owlboy soundtrack. The site states the soundtrack was composed by Jonathan Geer and features a total of 67 tracks, roughly 94 minutes of music, with live instruments in many tracks.

The same official site lists the D-Pad Studio team, including director and original creator Simon Stafsnes Andersen, programmers Jo-Remi Madsen and Henrik Stafsnes Andersen, level designer Adrian Bauer, composer Jonathan Geer, and merchandising and promotions contact Julianne J. Royce. It also describes a Fan Forge where fan art can be submitted and, after community rating, potentially turned into officially licensed merchandise.

The Steam store page description invites players to "connect with Owlboy fans, and get instant tips/tricks for the game" by joining the studio's Discord (linked in the store page side panel).

D-Pad Studio also points players to Twitch and YouTube for its celebratory livestreams. For instance, a 2023 announcement about Owlboy's 7th anniversary said the studio would go live on its Twitch channel and that a recorded session would be available afterward on the D-Pad YouTube Channel. The same post also pointed to the studio's Discord community.

Other titles from the same channels

The studio has used these same channels to announce other projects. A 2023 announcement covered Savant - Ascent Anniversary, described as a return of its first title with more stages, bosses, abilities and music from Savant. A 2022 announcement introduced Vikings On Trampolines, with the studio directing followers to its Twitter accounts for news.

A note on scope

Beyond the website, the Steam store page and the studio's own announcement posts, the facts available here do not document a separate official forum or a dedicated community platform for Owlboy. Other community spaces may exist, but they are not confirmed as official in the sources used for this article.
